Update User Information

Guide for teacher administrators to update teacher and student information

Quick Information Updates

Teacher administrators can update user information directly through the management interface by clicking on table cells.

Step 1: Access School Management Page

Go to the School Management page School Management Page

Editable Information

For Teachers

Teachers have limited editable fields:

  • Credit limit

For Students

Students have more editable fields:

  1. Name (Username)
  2. Email
  3. Class
  4. Student Number
  5. Credit Limit

Update

How to Update

  1. Click directly on the cell you want to edit
  2. Enter the new value
  3. Press Enter or click outside to save

Note: Changes take effect immediately. Make sure to double-check the information before confirming.

Bulk Updates

Currently, bulk updates for student general information are not supported. However, we are developing an AI-powered Students Information Yearly Update feature, which will be released before the end of the summer holiday.

This upcoming feature will help automate the process of updating student information in bulk, making it easier to manage large numbers of student records at the start of each academic year.
