Managing Organization Credits

Step 1: Access School Management Page

Go to the School Management page School Management Page

Step 2: View Organization Overview

You can see a summary of your organization, including:

  • Total number of teachers
  • Total number of students
  • Current credit usage statistics

Credit Limit Settings

General Credit Limits

Credits can be shared across your entire school/organization. You can set:

  • General limit for all teachers
  • General limit for all students

Bulk Update Credits

Update credit limits for multiple users at once: Bulk Update Bulk Update

Default Credits for Future New Users

Set default credit limits that will automatically apply to newly joined:

  • Teachers
  • Students

Individual User Adjustments

You can also adjust credits for individual users:

  1. Click directly on the user's credit section
  2. Enter the new limit (leave empty for unlimited credits)
  3. Save your changes

Note: Setting a credit limit to empty (no value) means unlimited credits for that user or group.
