Sharing Your RAG Chatbot with Other Teachers

You can share your customized RAG chatbot with teachers from your school or other schools. This allows educators to collaborate and benefit from each other's teaching resources.

How to Share Your Chatbot

Step 1: Locate Your RAG Chatbot

Find your chatbot in the RAG Chatbot section. Find Chatbot

Step 2: Access Sharing Options

Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner and select "Share". Share Option

Step 3: Generate Share Code

In the popup window, you can:

  1. Choose sharing scope:
    • Within your school only (recommended for internal resources)
    • Publicly (available to all teachers)
  2. Click "Generate Code" to create a unique share code Generate Code

Step 4: Share the Code

Copy the generated code and share it with other teachers through your preferred communication channel.

How to Import a Shared Chatbot

Step 1: Access Import Function

Click the "Import Chatbot" button in the top-right corner of the RAG Chatbot section. Import Button

Step 2: Import Using Share Code

  1. Enter the share code you received
  2. Click "Import" to add the chatbot to your collection Import Code
